Jay has almost 15 years of Industry experience in leading technical teams, establishing strong technical training for the teams and driving engineering processes. He remains accountable to understand client requirements, their pain points and architect the system that supports the business need.

At Seaflux, as Director of engineering, Jay is responsible for steering business towards new technologies, formulating robust technology-centric business strategies, and leveraging technical innovations to address complex challenges.

He has been an architect of more than 50 technical solutions for customers from various industries. He has mentored and trained more than 200 developers on various technologies that have helped organizations to deliver quality solutions to their clients.

Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.

Murtuza Rampurwala

Cofounder - Director of Sales & Marketing

At Seaflux, as Director of Sales and Marketing, Murtuza is responsible for business development, client relationships and client account management.

He held leadership roles in managing medium to large size projects. He remained instrumental in building good relations with clients and ensured very high client retention. He helped customers to expand their business with disciplined execution. He is also passionate about building and leading teams of talented professionals.

Murtuza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering.

Ashish Shah

Managing Director

Ashish is an IIM-A alumni, having almost 30 years experience as a software expert and a capable management professional having specialties like assisting start-ups and growing them as per business needs, identifying futuristic technologies and groom business on those technology platforms, entrepreneurial passion with required finance and operations expertise.

At Seaflux, as a Managing Director, he is primarily responsible for managing operations. He also drives growth and profitability.

Thomas C Moore

Strategic Advisor

Thomas C Moore has almost 25 years of experience in managing complex software projects using Agile and waterfall methodologies. He has served the banking industry for many years and made a huge impact for banks in their customer experiences by introducing the latest technology concepts and effective project execution techniques. He is an advisory committee member of USF cybersecurity certificate program that helps financial institutes to provide secure and trustworthy services to the bank’s customers.

At Seaflux, as a Strategic Advisor, he is helping in establishing the process maturity and also instrumental to lead the company towards winning large size deals.
